1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the website at https://be2222.vip and any associated mobile interface operated by be2222.
• "Player" / "User" / "Member" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit amount granted by be2222 that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the base currency of the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 To register and maintain an account on be2222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or as a professional or commercial gambling operator.

2.2 By completing the registration process you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, postal address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 be2222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period stipulated by our verification team may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

2.4 Only one account per Player is permitted. Where be2222 identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether identified by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, personal details, or any combination thereof — all accounts except the earliest registered account will be closed and any balances or winnings held in duplicate accounts may be voided.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person nor permit access to your account by any third party.

3.2 be2222 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from be2222 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3.3 You must notify be2222 without delay if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. We will temporarily suspend the account pending an investigation. be2222 accepts no liability for losses incurred before notification is received.

3.4 All transactions and bets placed through your account while it is active and not suspended are deemed to have been authorised by you. You accept full financial responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 be2222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change at be2222's discretion with reasonable notice.

4.3 be2222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any such third-party fees.

4.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. be2222 reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing any withdrawal, and may place a hold on funds pending satisfactory verification.

4.5 Withdrawals of winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only permitted after all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to completion may result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds and any winnings directly attributable to them.

4.6 be2222 may refuse, delay, or reverse a withdrawal if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregularity. We will communicate any such action to the affected Player as soon as reasonably practicable.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 be2222 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period if requirements are not fulfilled.
• be2222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect the completion of a bonus already in active use by a Player.

5.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.4 be2222 reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any bet that is placed at an obviously incorrect price or as a result of a technical error, and to recover any funds paid out in error.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. be2222 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be2222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

9 Intellectual Property

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10 Account Closure and Termination

10.1 You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements and provided no terms violations are outstanding.

10.2 be2222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with immediate effect in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that be2222 reasonably believes poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to the Platform.

10.3 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, be2222 may retain any Account Balance and associated winnings as a remedy for the breach, in addition to pursuing any other available legal remedies.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 be2222 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 We implement SSL encryption and other technical security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law and Disputes
